Relationship counselling helps couples and individuals address issues like communication, trust, and conflict. I provide a safe space to identify potholes and improve relationship dynamics.

Counselling helps you both improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds. It creates an understanding of each other’s needs and builds a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

While it’s beneficial for both partners to attend, I also offer individual sessions to help one partner address personal challenges affecting the relationship. It is more beneficial if you heal in synergy with your partner.

If your partner is unwilling, individual counselling can still help you develop skills to manage relationship challenges, and it may encourage them to participate later.

The number of sessions varies depending on your relationship’s unique challenges. Some couples find resolution in a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy.

Couples therapy is for partners (married or not) to improve communication and connection, while marital counselling focuses specifically on issues within a marriage, such as infidelity or growing apart.

I provide a safe space to explore the root causes of trust and intimacy challenges, guiding couples in rebuilding closeness through open communication, honesty, and healthy boundaries.

Family therapy strengthens bonds by improving communication, resolving conflicts, and creating a supportive environment where all members feel heard and valued.

I teach active listening, clear expression of needs, and recognition of harmful patterns like defensiveness, replacing them with healthier strategies for more meaningful conversations.

I guide couples in reflective listening, finding common ground, and developing compromise skills to resolve conflicts constructively without harming the relationship.
